I acquired a Bip & Go tag some months ago. I haven't used it yet, but there is a bill of € 24 associated with the initial setup.
This has now been outstanding in my account since November.
I initially had it set up with a Caxton card, then thought that this may be causing a problem, and have now for the last few months simply had it against my UK bank account. They still haven't taken the payment.
I sent them a question to ask how I can pay it, but they haven't responded. (Perhaps because I asked the question in English?)
Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve it?
