Fancy a few days around Bideford next week well I say Bideford it can be anywhere on the coast

Have to go to Exeter for some work then Im free for a few days so seems like a plan to head off.

Could do with somewhere that you can cycle a bit as Ill only have the push bike with me.

Dont mind CMC sites CL's. Can go without EH if needed

Cheers

If you fancy wilding, head for Appledore and Westwood Hoe just outside Bideford. Appledore at the weekend is always busy and if the sun is out some great walks or bike rides.
Appledore Carpark allow overnight for £5 and Westwood Hoe were does not seem to be a charge

You can overnight at Bideford quay car park £5 charge

Appledore carpark is overlooking the estuary, westward ho carpark you have to pay also but can overnight. Bideford also has a carpark to overnight in. Tarka trail is the old railway line which runs for miles either way. Not a lot of campsites open this time of year. One between Braunton and Ilfracombe called Hidden valley open all year.
