Could I ask if anyone is prepared to let me have a code as above. (France only)

Also, we are likely to have an early morning return crossing from Roscoff. Does anyone know if it's possible to park overnight at the ferry port.

Thanks in advance

Code sorted now thanks to the assistance of a fellow member.

There is some parking at the ferryport but your best bet is the parking longue durée by the Gare (long stay car park by the railway station). It is only a few minutes drive to the ferry in the morning. It is free and you will always find other motorhomes overnighting there plus it puts you in a great position for a mooch around Roscoff harbour, the bars and restaurants etc which makes for a nice last evening in France.

Thanks very much, that sounds just the job. Previously, we've always used an overnight ferry, but they seem to have disappeared from the schedules, at least at this time of year.

Can I ask, how does the BF code thing work? We don't really do ferries anymore - mainly due to cost. Yet, we would go to Cherbourg, St Malo or Roscoff, if it was cheaper than the tunnel and the drive. What sort of discount is available? Is it worth it

I get 30 per cent off but I've heard new members are being offered less now.

We generally use Plymouth/Roscoff but it isn't cheap, even with the discount. If we didn't live near Plymouth we would use another crossing although we do like Brittany. :)

Sadly you've missed the best of the Club Voyage boat (pun intended) - the scheme still runs but has been cut back quite a bit. Older members still have some reasonable benefits for their subscription and can share a code with "friends and family" which will get said friends and family 10% off their tickets (and the kindly donor gets to bank £10 off future travel).

Overall the new scheme is worse unless you just travel midweek in winter when you can get 35% off your crossing with Club Voyage. Must admit I’d be unlikely to join now as you can always get 10% from someone.https://www.brittany-ferries.co.uk/information/club-voyage-terms
The link shows the detailed breakdown of the new and old schemes.

Really? I've never found any tunnel fare cheaper than the ferry? In fact checking today the tunnel was 52€ dearer minimum , than the ferry, for the same day crossing in July. When I add a trailer it makes the difference 72€.

One thing I've recently discovered is that BF no longer apply the Club Voyage Code to friends and family retrospectively.
Once a ticket at full price has been bought, the customer cannot then supply a code and get the discount
