Ahhh.... No ,but will try on next occasion ......thanks for your help

I appear to have it sorted on my machine now.

It was a combination of 3 things.

1. Flash player was installed which wasn't needed
2. I had the Rapport software installed and needed removing
3. The bluetooth drivers for my broadcom device needed updating

Once I had done all of these it appears to be fine now.

Chrome is fast but I keep ging back to Firefox because is control structure is so much better. More complex but better.

I agree have used chrome and ie,but have came back to firefox:thumb:

Not been on until now, and it happened immediately ... did as you suggested, but still showed no conflicts on the .....about:conflicts page


Would anyone like to buy a computer at the bring n buy ...hardly used (it wont let you)

seriously impressed by all your computer savvy postings. I haven't got a clue to be honest. I have used Apple for years and if I get a problem I pass it straight to my wife:Blush:

I'm on Explorer 9 now, it seems ok :thumb: Time will tell.

I like Chrome but I don't like the way it handles Favourites.
