Best (cheapest) insurance for over 80's

I am sure this has been asked many times but the results will change day to day. I want to travel for only 3 months groan in Europe. I have found such a wide range of fees from £275 to over £900 for virtually the same product. Any ideas appreciated.

£275 sounds reasonable to me. We’re both 70 and ours costs more than that with a couple of medical problems each.

Given that everything has gone up in price lately, cheaper is something I doubt is something any of us will see
