Not sure about the weight but yes it works off MH BBQ point.
I will weigh it tomorrow and let you know
Cheers
Nick

what would be needed to make this work without having an outside gas point?

(other than some gas :) )

Your not coming to the Kent mh show are you

No sorry we're not going to the Kent show, we're off to France on the tunnel 24th May.

You would just need a suitable bottle with regulator and some gas hose.

Sorry for the delay, it weighs 7kg and thats in the bag with the pealla pan that i hadn't said about.

Would you consider posting it if I can organise a collection??

I have both a Beauclaire and a Cadac. For me the cooking on the Beauclaire is far superior due to the way the plate and pans are heated from the burner. However, the cast iron grill plate on the Beauclaire is heavy compared to the Cadac version.

I'm only in Bedford so you wouldn't need to have it posted.
Where in Northampton are you? Maybe able to sort something out.
Send me pm
