Nah ..i have a telescopic ladder . Mine says 130kg max . But it needs to be taller than the van which his wasn't . Hes lucky he didnt put 2 big dents in the side

Mine has the extending bits at the side to help prevent that happening. But as with all ladders, do check to see it's stable before you go more than 1 or 2 steps up it.

Does a Concorde Charisma not come with a fixed roof ladder?

Better still one of those with a ladder at each end and a platform between. If I ever cleaned my roof thats what Id use.

Yes, you're right. I have just been and checked mine and have 150kgs but got confused as it is 75,5° minimum upright or 25% of height max from base of wall.

I use a couple of feet of 28mm foam pipe insulation on each stile - doesn't slip and won't mark the van
