You never know how good a dealer is untill you go back with a problem.
Back in July 2016 I bought a hankook battery from the above comany. For the past year I have been a concerned about its capacity and decided that I would have to replace it.
I got it off the van and it read 12.6v, connected a 21w bulb across it and the volts when down straight away . In dismay I dug out the original invoice and found it was still under the 4 yr warranty! so I took it back, they insisted on testing it ( leisures dont test like starter batteries). Next day they replaced it.
With a small upgrade it cost me £17.56.

Nice obe, we had the same sort of service from Advanced Batteries.
My batteries were going down quick, so went to Advanced and they checked them found one faulty and replaced it after 3 1/2 years.
So yes there’s still good company’s about.

I too had good service from batterynegastore, bought a starter battery from them that developed a fault after a year. I rang them up to tell them and they sent me a new one next day.
Great service, it’s the only battery dealer I will use now. They even ship next day to France.

They too have been brilliant
Maybe other services need to take a leaf out of battery suppliers customer service manual
