Good afternoon, I need a bit of advice from you really knowledgeable funsters. It always happens this way I know. We had a new habitation door screen fitted under warranty in August last year right at the end of the warranty period. You know what I'm going to say now 13 months later two of the cords in the door have snapped and a third one is on it's way. Can these be repaired or do I have to spend £300 plus on a new screen? Your help wouls be appreciated.

Although you had your flyscreen replaced at the end of the MH warranty period, doesn't the new flyscreen have it's own guarantee period. Unless you are saying it was guaranteed for 12 months and it is now 13 months old.

I guess the flyscreen is made by Horrex ?

If it it is a Harkel or similar easy to repair using kevlar kite string, it will never break again only a few bob on eBay.
