Bailey Adamo 75 2025
Hi Folks,

Does anyone know where the fresh water pressure switch adjuster screw is located on a Bailey Adamo 75-4T?

Also, can someone tell me where the Truma control panel battery backup is located? Every time I switch off the master power switch the thermostat loses all my settings and the clock resets 😔

Thanks

Hi,
Can't help with your Bailey, but I can say that the problem you have with the Truma control panel is exactly the same on my Auto-Trail.
I've never even considered it might have a battery backup 🤔🤣

My previous Bailey twin-axle had a AA battery holder hidden under the sink. I have searched high and low in my motorhome to no avail (obviously) 😃. I’ll ask the dealer if no answers here.

Have a look in the near side garage door and behind the panel on the left. Not saying it is ever there as I have never looked but that is where the drain is.
I also have the Truma panel switching off but never thought of a battery back up. Good question.

I can't see any mention of a backup in the manual (only skim read it though) 😕

I can’t believe the Truma turns off with the main switch. I thought they were permanently live so boiler can run whilst you drive, if you wish, and also so boiler can do it’s required shut down process.

Don't be daft. UK motorhomes won't even allow you to have any 12v accessories working while the engine is running.

I think you may find that the 2x AA battery back up for the control panel is only used (on Bailey Motorhomes ) when an Alde system is fitted , When a Truma system is fitted , If you only use the 12v supply off / on button on the Motorhome habitation control panel the Truma control should retain its settings as it should have a permanent supply to the control from the leisure battery .

Where's the 2x AA batteries on the Alde panel? I didn't even know they were fitted
Cheers

whisky walker I do not think it is on the panel , it is shown in the bailey owners hand book as a separate control power back up power supply item, with a battery holder and lead with a connector plug on it , for use when the Alde system is fitted . (It may be an Alde option )

That kind of makes sense. My previous Bailey caravan had an Alde system had a battery backup. However, the Truma CP only stays on when the master switch is on. As soon as the master switch is off, the CP loses power.

The plastic AA battery holder is usually under the sink tucked up high, and often in an inconvenient location. It can also be behind the top draw near the Alde Control Panel. You need to unclip the draw to access it. INHO, I wish they standardised the location snd made it far easier to access!

Thank you for the suggestion. I have poked around various inspection hatches, but nothing 😞. I’ll ask the dealer on Monday.
