In May we were trying to find out where we could purchase a handbrake for our 5ver. We spoke to a company named CROSS COUNTRY UK, who assured us that they would provide us with the necessary parts.
Many telephone calls later (none of which were returned as promised) and several e-mails later and after hearing excuse after excuse we finally gave up with them in September.
It's just so frustrating when people treat you this way and just string you along.
We then contacted Jayco in America to see if they could help and they gave us the contact details of a dealership in the UK. After contacting this dealership Burton's RV, we were immediately told that they could supply us with the parts. (Yes, we've heard this before we thought). Imagine our delight when we received the parts 2 weeks later. The guy at Burton's RV (Noah) couldn't have been more helpful - we recommend them. :thumb::thumb:
