Hi All, we are contemplating buying our first motorhome and have found a 680 Starline locally. Only 2 owners from new and has spent most of it's life in Spain and France. Is there anything in particular that we should look for before buying? Thanks in advance.

We’ve got the 680, lots of nigley faults, but I think most of those were from the previous owners, lovely motor though 😉👍🍺🍻🥂

What year is it?
Any pictures please?

If your asking me, we’re away at the moment in Clacton on Sea “the orchards at point clear, st Osyth, so all the pics I have are on the pc at home, but we leave here tomorrow so I can then get at the pics, oh it’s a 2001

I own a slightly newer version of that one , there a cracking van , built the proverbial brick carsey.
How's the wood under the garage I had to have a repair on mine, recently fitted a pair of mudflaps to keep some of the water off the rear.
Has it got the 2.7 engine, I see its a manual gearbox you might find the clutch and gearshift a bit on the heavy side?
MOT history looks very good . It mentions play in ball joints but there like that from new.

How much?

How much?
The moho is NOT for sale, the posting went wrong, it’s just the top box that is for sale, it’s quite big about 1mtr (w) x 600mm (d) x 450mm(h), collect only, looking for £150.00

I was surprised as people tend to hang on to the B680 although you do see the odd one.

Hi KUSKUS, the posting went wrong, ITS ONLY THE TOP BOX THATS FOR SALE, not my treasured Hymer

Yes hence my previous post, I would have been surprised if you wanted to sell it as there one of best Hymers ever built (IMHO ).

In mine there is a double bench seat either side of the table midway, opposite the kitchen sink area

Ours has the long sofa that convert to a bed when you lower the table.
