Awning Tie Down Tabs

Does anyone have any idea where we can buy just the tabs for tying down the awning. We have the pegs and straps so only want to buy the tabs.

Our tie down kit doesn't use them..... But I'd imagine Amazon would be a good start..
In fact I've checked and they only sell the complete kit ...
