Hi all I’ve a blow up awning attached to my f45 fiamma ,In windy conditions the cassette pulls in and out tinny amounts but enough to make a noise, so sleeping can be hampered, I read some time ago someone had glued some sort of fixing to the underside of the cassette, just after guidance , cheers Matt

There is a rain diverter to fill the gap between van and awning cassette, strip of rubber that might help?

Chances are the movement he is getting is the outer casing on the inner casing. Also, the inner casing can move against the van.
It might be possible to fix a dedicated rail under the awning straight onto the van side.

It’s the actual awning/canopy opening and closing slightly with the wind, I did read somewhere about put an awning strip underneath?
