Avtex TV questions

Hi Guys, I have recently acquired a Avtex W102d TV which I would like to watch pre-recorded TV programs on via a usb stick whilst away in the van. Is this possible ??
If so, how do I go about formatting and transferring the programs / movies onto the stick ?

Im sure you can we have an avtex which i fitted a hard drive to, you need to format the hd stick via windows, cant rememeber how but if you google it or you tube It explains it

You can format via the options on the tv I think.
