Autotrail Cheyenne 840 gas heater trips after 5 mins

Hi first start of winter so turn gas heater on which is under the bed. The stat set mid way and on gas heating only. After about 5 mins fan blows fast and heat comes out, then 3 mins later stops then 5 mins later fan starts again fast the 1 min later stops and on main panel red and green light on so book says its tripped, does this all the time, any ideas.
When i turn it on it does as it should the green light comes on but like i said red light after 10 mins its tripped??????????

Only a guess. Could the fan spindle be sticking. ? Runs, gets hot the jams up ?
Maybe some light oil or silicon spray to free it up. As said only a guess.
A similar thing happens with the fan in the Sargent units.

Mine does exactly the same. Will be watching this with interest. Only does it on gas never on electric when on EHU. Is yours the same?

Just an observation - my Truma works much better, i.e. gets hotter, on gas than electric which makes me think a thermostatic over-ride of some kind?
