Autosleeper Spares

Trying to get some feed back from you guys/gals out there on long lead times on spares. I have a damp reading of 60 in the side storage on my Nuevo EK ES, due to a leaking door, been going on now for some 18 months. The damp shot up in November when habitation checked. Been waiting 2 months for wall, and floor boarding to be supplied to M****** under warranty. Been chasing M****** but they say spares are a problem, and some customers have waiting longer than me.
Try to find out if anybody out there has had problems. Maybe a group of people can have the clout to approach the manufacturer Wish I hadn't bought an Autosleeper as there have been loads minor issues with it

Have you looked at the Auto sleepers forum :-https://www.autosleeper-ownersforum.com/f59-auto-sleeper-coachbuilt-motorhomes-forum! You will find many things that may be of interest, most of all that nothing has changed much at AS or Msrqis(!) for a very long time, and I speak from experience!!
