Suddenly appeared a flashing red light on my toilet, i have googled it and it says that the cassette but i have checked it and it is as free as a bird, can anyone throw some light on this problem, i have also noted that when it is half full it goes out and the green light comes back on.

hope someone can help resolve this annoying light.

Not yet. The red flashing light means carry very carefully to the emptying point.🥳

The flashing red light is the no cassette installed warning.

This is caused by either the magnet in the cassette falling off in the cassette or the swinging arm falling off and if it's one or the other then hopefully you have not poured it away.

On one occasion we had the sensor behind the plastic cover at the back cassette chamber fall off which caused the red light to flash, and of course you could have a duff sensor.

I've had the same issue this week after dropping the cassette, either red light or 2 greens, so I assume the float is knocked out somehow.

So…be VERY careful that you’ve replaced the cassette before using!

MMMMMM But the light goes green when the cassette is half full so it cant be a the magnet that has fallen off or the arm, i have checked the arm and it is all there and working, when is the magnet in the cassette ?
