Apart from the fuses above the water heater where are the other fuses found. I have no electric heating! I have the Primero 301 with garage

Hi and welcome.

Find your habitation battery charger and you will likely find the fuse board.

electric heating will be from the consumer unit and only works when you are on electric hook up

If W407h is a Truma fault code that is showing ? then it means there is no 230v supply (not on EHU or if on EHU , Truma Combi mains supply switch off at PSU ?) , or possibly the overheat button needs resetting on the Truma Combi unit or the 230v fuse is blown in the Truma Combi unit.
