Anyone used this Temu special before I blow up my ECU?

I have been wondering for ages about a jump start pack. I already carry a couple of batteries for a rattle gun and torch. Then saw this baby!

Anyone used one?

Does it regulate the voltage down or just rely on the lead acid bringing it down?

Seems like a good idea, but may melt, or fry the electronics on the van….
