Ordered a fridge fan kit from them a week ago. Got a prompt email confirmation and a receipt and they said they would notify me when they dispatched the item.

A week later no sign of an email or a delivery. I rang them (0800 number) but no answer. Left an answerphone message. Also emailed.

Almost immediately they emailed to say they have refunded me. No other information. As yet my credit card has not received a refund but I will give it until Monday to see it it arrives. Just wished they'd told me if they didn't have it. Wasted a week and we go away on Monday.

Since then I have seen they have a Facebook page. Some negative reviews on along the lines of lack of communication and unfulfilled orders. Seems to be active though.

Unfortunately I had dealings with them was not a good outcome.
Orders new back lights after two weeks still no lights.
For weeks later I got a refund i only use costal motorhomes or try to source used parts.

To feed back on this and warn anyone who goes to use this company.

I ordered and received confirmation and took my money. Didn't hear anything for over a week. No answer on phone. I emailed them. Got a short curt reply to say 'refunded'. No explanation or apology. Wasted a week of my time. Now cannot complete job before we go away. Refund came through a few days later.

If this is a bonafide business they need to improve their customer service and communication skills.

I ordered, they cancelled the order and refunded without letting me know. When I contacted them they stated it was because they couldn't track the delivery address. I lost 3 days where I could have ordered from another supplier.

They seem to be consistent any way ther was me thinking I was the only one to be let down by them
