Just been looking at a device called GasGenie from camping online -seems a cheap alternative to the expensive Mopeka.Anyone tried it ?

Looks good at what it does - which is a low level warning.

The down side I see is that you will have to keep checking in your gas cupboard to see if it's indicated low level as the warning beeps did not sound that loud.

Not going to work on aluminium bottles. Seems to use temperature change like the stick on thermometer like devices which are even cheaper.
