As above, does anyone know what these THREE things are for on the bottom of the window frame of my Carthago A Class?

I think they reduce the width of the back so you can squeeze through tight situations.

I think the same as the surround is metal so attracts condensation.

Well thankfully you did and Yes they are drainage from the frame as you can get water past the seals on the sliding window as well as condensation as Minxy suggests.
 
water vents just like you get on the outside of upvc windows

you see them just above the external sil.
 
Does anyone know where you can get replacements from? The 2 on my drivers sliding window are particularly lose.
 
Westy........drainage ducts for condensation internally! The picture shows it for you. The little cover if you were to take them off...would look like this
