Looking at Chausson campervan has anybody got one if so are they any good. I have just looked at the price of road tax £320 bit steep. Thanks Ron

Built at Autotrail in Grimsby alongside Tribute, AT V Line and Roller Team

The front seating area looks VERY cramped hence there being no fixed dinette table despite the Chausson being 6.36m.

Having had an Autocruise Accent which was a very similar layout in the 6m length (sofas made transverse bed only) I wouldn't have one where the rear bed was made up from the sofas - all that happened in ours is that it was left as a bed but the storage, whilst good, was difficult to get at. A genuine fixed bed one has much easier storage to get at and a proper mattress. Hence why we changed to a Globecar FamilyScout and then our current van a Globecar Campscout.
