How did they get it up there in the first place ?

Hi.
Used to piggy back trailers at an old council yard at Haltwhistle,to take back to Hull. It was a "One shot" chance,get it wrong and you were walking home,it helped,that the two ramps had seen better days (Well...Only a bit wobbly..o_O.),so if you "Fell off"..... NOBODY was going to claim damages...????(y)

PS. And the tractor unit i had at the time,had a number plate with... Roman numerals on;)
 
Trust a female to organise a perfect job well done. ✔️
 
Reminds me bit of our first van. Our drive was very steep and OH levelled the van by putting it on car ramps. When we tried to reverse off, one ramp flew across the road, the other one just collapsed! Took hours to get it out from under the van.

First job when we got back was to level the drive. He had to dig down over a metre at the top.
