I’m thinking of stopping off there tomorrow but recent comments/reviews on camper contact state that it’s been newly taken over by french gypsies.
Just wondering if anyone’s been in the last week?

Or any alternatives in Ulm/Stuttgart area with something to see during the day?
Thanks

I'm doing research for a trip to Germany in September. I've been looking at Blaubeuren, near Ulm. https://www.blaubeuren.de/willkommen I must stress that I haven't actually been there, but it looks lovely.
There's a Stellplatz there, but I understand it gets very busy.
Whilst researching Ulm on here came across this post and absolutely stunning.
Make sure it hasn't rained for 2 days prior to arrival as colour and clarity if water affected.
Did you make it here ?
Photos in link. Went yesterday

Glad you enjoyed it. It does look stunning! We never actually made it, but we're planning on going to Germany this autumn so I've put Blaubeuren back on our list.
I'm following and enjoying your threads, by the way. You're giving me inspiration!
Enjoy!
