Very strangeAvoid Burry Port, it's full of strange folk!!
Nice park and off road cycling for about 10 miles along the coast.
Plenty of campsites and a few remaining free parking areas.

A 6/7 mile long sandy beach with no view of the sea when the tide is out.
they have just put up polite no camping signs in many places but you can still stop o the waste ground in the village by the harbour roundabout but I have the feeling it will soon be very busy.Avoid Burry Port, it's full of strange folk!!

The " big pit" and ironworks museums at Blenaevon are good. At the Big Pit is is around £2 for parking and the visit to the pit is free with lots of coal mining extras to look at in the colliery area. Well with a visit. But phone first to make sure it's open post covid.
