any issues with metatrak non starter / Vanbitz Strikeback alarms at the moment?

my Van has been away getting its Timing belt changed and serviced over the last couple of days.
I put the Metatrak non starter on maintenance mode before it went in for the work to make sure the garage could work without messing with stuff..
ive just got the van back and I can't take the maintenance mode off the van... and it the tracker thinks it is at the garage - but it is in my drive.
its like the commands are not getting through to the non-starter...

(ive tried the app and web portal and both show the commends being sent, but the Metatrak unit is not responding.

I don't know if it is a Metatrak server issue or mu van that has an issue - but my strike back alarm is not working / responding to the fob (so is not arming) is there a blown fuse somewhere ?

it seems to be too much of a coincidence...

I'll call Vanbitz office tomorrow if it has not resolved itself.

Have you tried a system restart or if not give them a call

Yes, I've tried the system reset, but it is as if it is not receiving the request.
I'll call them tomorrow during office hours.
It seems odd that both the nonstarter and Strikeback have gone on the fritz at the same time. Immediately after garage work.

Subscribers  do not see these advertisements

Does seem strange both have gone wobbly☹️
