As per title does anyone know where I can source one of these from. It is a cover to hide the awning boots

I bought one at a local camping shop. Think it was Cannock caravans they are online.
Have you tried eBay ? Sometimes you just need to know what it's called.
Also C.A.K Tanks worth a try.

I seem to remember removing one and on the inside was the manufactures details on a sticker. Have a look and go from there.
