Yesterday I stopped by at a Repsol petrol station to fill my lightweight cylinder, this has an external filling point.
I told the attendant to expect about 19 litre to fill, he replied, "You only have one bottle to fill them"? Yes just one I replied...no questions about only for vehicle propulsion, different tax etc etc..
The fill was completed, I paid for my 17 litre and went on my way..
I now have full Refillable and part full Cepsa lightweight....I will continue to use the swappable cylinder as the availability is greater here in Galicia, refillable is my standby....and being summer, Butane gas is perfectly fine.
The essence of this is, although Repsol have been reported as being awkward in supplying LPG to MHs...this wasn't the case yesterday...far from it..

Whereabouts were you in Spain?

It seems to be in northern Spain where Repsol are ‘awkward’.

Ian

Edit: Ahh, I see that you are in NW Spain. 😎

But in the other thread you are struggling for sun so how will it work?

Be interested to see how it performs.

Actually Michael this has very little impact on our available amperage, what can be an issue and a big draw is the use of an induction hob, air fryer and charging of 2 eBikes.
Therefore as a temporary measure, we have suspended cooking on these appliances, our bikes have fairly large capacity batteries which can supply power for two rides.
As soon as the sun returns our 600w of solar with do it's job and of course the Victron B2B provides well whilst driving.
Failing all this, there are Camperstops in this region that have EHU available..😃🌞🇪🇦
