After 10 weeks away we have joined the Airbag light club.
It was intermittent when we moved on, now permanent and no, definitely not the wires under the seats. Almost 100% certain it's the ECU
Booked into Adams Moray in Southampton for them to look at it on Friday.
Fingers crossed the extended warranty covers it.

I recently had to buy new ECU, after Crashdata unable to repair. The lady at Crashdata said it is mainly a motorhome/PVC issue. If that is the case then in grand scheme of things a small problem for them in the grand scheme of things.

I find it odd that it's a motorhome/pvc issue as it seems to be across every manufacturer (uk and european) and they are all fitting their electrics different in the vans so the only common item is the base van/chassis cab.
Are they doing something when they prepare the van as 'motorhome' spec 🤷‍♂️
which rips the voltage out of the battery regularly.
I've not worked on the modern engines much so have no idea but there must be a common item causing the issue 🤔

Crashdata seemed to think low voltage was the common denominator. Mine came on after I started the van for 1st time in March after winter storage.

Panel vans have the same problem.

They are just crooks, they repaided mine it failed again in under two they wouldn't take any responsibility.
Said it was low voltage 12.6v so battery was only at 75% what a load of bo**ocks.
