At a guess I would say that the web browser has updated but the android device operating system hasn't (or possibly the other way round).

Sorry I'm not much use.

Change browser - Firefox maybe?

Look under 'settings' 'system' 'reset' 'reset network settings'

That will reset WiFi, Bluetooth and mobile data so have any passwords to hand.
