Android 9 known as Pie.....any users.

Anyone using the latest version of Android 9 or Pie on their Android phones yet. If yes then how is it performing what do you think. I am still awaiting the download due any time now.

I have been using it since last year on the original Pixel. A decent enough set of improvements and polish. What Handset are you using ?

Thanks Mark it's a note 9 I'm led to believe it is due for the pie upgrade any time now. Another very recent upgrade has given me Night Mode on the camera which I think the Pixel already has, it is a real improvement. Just now waiting for Pie.....

I do have a Moto 7 and an S7 and S8 and my flagship Note 9 but I tend to use the Moto most, it is very hardy and works really well, a great cheapy phone.

How embarrassing chaser You saying that made me look into my Moto model info. Mine is a Moto 5 not a 7 but just the same it is an excellent phone for a very low price....

I just checked and I am using version 9. Can't say I notice any difference.

Using Pie on an S8+ Its a massive improvement. Better battery management, faster and smoother.
It was like getting a new phone.
