I had completely forgotten about this thread. So apologies to anyone following.
Yes we’ve been back at least twice since. On one trip we managed nearly four weeks off mains. Though Snowy now has 300w of solar.
We are very happy with the van. While I’m sure I’d love a newer one with automatic transmission, there is no justification to change.
Lenny HB: do you still want the 400mm rooflight I replaced with a maxxgan?

So now I’m thinking back, and the nearly 10 thousand miles we’ve now done in Snowy since purchase, any of you with a similar van, might be interested in a few of the mods we felt we needed. The main change inside needed was to get rid of the very poorly designed toilet door. An older version we saw had a sliding tambour door. All later ones a wood door that fit the frame of course, but then wont fully open! I now know I can buy a tabour door kit from camper furniture maker EVO in Wareham, but we thought we’d try a curtain first. It aint perfect, but much better than the door. It runs on the shower rail.
Another thing was having to get on hands and knee’s to get stuff out of the cupboard under the sink. I bought a drawer kit from Ikea.
Also. We wanted a small coffee table sometimes. So a pair of brackets from amazon and…..

When folded, the standard table goes in its normal place without a problem
