Urban Access Regulations says:
key: green shaded area is the LEZ for commercial vehicles and motorhomes / camper vans (N1 vehicles) with a diesel engine built before 1-1-2000, diesel taxis built before 1-1-2009 and all buses and coaches built before 1-1-2005

Are all diesel motorhomes before 2000 affected, regardless of weight? I have a 1991 diesel 3.1 ton, registered in Germany.

Amsterdam official site doesn't even list motorhomes at all.

AS with most LEZ the area covered seems to be an area you would not want to be in with a camper van, The Amsterdam City Camp is the other side of the river/water,

And I dont know how the quote below affects things,

Martin

There are no exemptions available for coaches.
Campervans can enter the LEZ if they are classified as M1. Dutch campers that are classified as N1 but registered as a camper, the registration authorities can re-register it as an M1 car.

Would not of thought a van that age would be within emission limits unless you pay arm and a leg on an lez sticker if you can get one - later vans have DPF fitted to reduce emissions - but i dont know the answer

Germany classes Motohomes as M1 so it should be OK.

Ah yes, Amsterdam City Camp and the route to it are indeed outside the LEZ. Even Camping Zeeburg seems to have a little carved out route through the LEZ.
