Alvor Filling Up With Funsters...

Just had a great couple of hours with Funsters Trish and Terry.

Funsters Happy Campers said "Hello" as they walked by into town for a meal.

Lots of activity around the electricity boxes today...

...word is it will on tomorrow.

Electricity will soon be here for the masses...

Of course some of us don't need "bought" electricity.





Some folk say motorhomes parked together look awful and spoil the "ambience".

Look at these "things" spoiling the view!

I could not agree more, apartment blocks spoil places like Alvor and many other holiday places.(with the exception of Benidorm which looks magnificent from a distance)

But is it not elitist to condemn something that makes it possible for lots of people to visit these places that otherwise may not be able to afford to.

A paradox perhaps.......just a thought

Sadly electricity may be a few weeks! Rain has made ground a bit muddy so off the Monchique for a few weeks.

Was very muddy when we left yesterday.

Also last feb when we looked to stay there, big puddles, full of mud.
not a good place when wet, vey flat no drainage.
