Alden Phenix Help Needed

My new van has an automatic tracking solar panel but when I turned it on today for the 1st time all I got was the message F.E. and then nothing. (Photo attached)
The manual has no trouble shooting apart from what to do if the panel will not rise or fall.
Can any one help?

Update:
I sent an email to Alden's customer service contemporanously with my initial post and recieved a reply by return that suggested re setting the panel including instructions and that solved the problem.
Thanks also to eddievanbitz for his offer of help.
