2 IMHO Fiat chassis is very good Alko chassis also very good but lower.
3 yes their Motorhome chassis is a wider track at rear,very stable.
They do. Take a look at most Autotrails for example.Fiat do not do a "motorhome" chassis with a wider track, it will be an AL-KO.

As with anything that is not maintained.Yes they do & I've got one (2008).
Alko chassis is very good(until it goes wrong) but very expensive to repair.
