Hi All,
I have a 2006 Rapido 3500 max weight and we are thinking about putting air suspension on it the whole kit. My question is what would be the weight difference between the air suspension and the standard spings and dampers. Would i gain extra weight to carry more, or lose weight by fitting air suspension any advise would be most helpful.

Regards, Crazy Grandad

I found them more than helpful .

It may depend on your chassis and how much can be removed. I reckon I added less than 50Kg when adding full air.

Adding VB full air adds +15kg to your van weight according to their website😊

Fitting air suspension will make no difference, it still has a max weight of 3500kg.
To gain more payload you need to upgrade the weight limits with DVLA.

I think the OP was asking if fitting the kit made the van heavier or lighter.
