Air filter CLAMP

I am wondering if will be possible to help me.
I am looking for 4 pieces of Fiat Ducato air filter clamp. The engine is 2.5 TD, year 1993. (or similar Peugeot, Iveco, Citroen)

I went at one scrap yard and they have not. I asked by email to two more but I am still waiting answer from this afternoon.
I have a piece of metal to make by myself just in case.

Has it got the 4 x 6mm rubber mounting supports under one end? I'm sure it is the same filter that is also on the 1900 diesel normally aspirated & the 1900 turbo.
