Air bag light (1 Viewer)

Air bag light is now continuously on. Previously it was intermittently on but coming on more frequently. I have had drivers seat (LHD) off today to get at car battery and disconnected negative terminal for 20 mins to reset computer. Light is now continuously on when I start the engine. Any ideas? Van is a 2012 Hymer Exsis-i 562 on a Mark 7 Transit.

We had the airbag light come on on our car, it was caused by low voltage on the starter battery. It might be worth checking the battery.

Does the airbag light not come on if there is a problem with the seat belt pretensioners?

The yellow plug under the seat on the Fiat Ducato is where the wires from the ECU connect to those going to the pretentioner mechanism.

If the plug is not fully connected it shows an airbag warning light on the Ducato?

Perhaps the Transit is the same?
