enough to know i shouldnt touch things i know nothing about ....
I found it on All The Aires, but it's obviously on most apps. The Aire is a free Aire adjacent to the Lac Du Grace. Set in a wooded area 100m from the lake itself. The lake has fishing and I assume boating in the summer. Toilets are clean and facilities for waste and water.
It's the type of free Aire that many You Tubers wouldn't share .....

I assume that at the height of season in the summer, especially at weekends, the place would be full of families, there's a nice little park fir the children plus a roller skate area (not seen one of those for years!)
Spaces for at least 15 motorhomes if people park sensibly ...there is a designated area for motorhome parking. There's lots of space to turn around and drive out if you can't find a spot - BUT give it a go, it's well worth it!

Anyway, photos are below ...

It was Lac du Frace NOT Grace ... predictive text strikes again !!

There was - dunno if still there - an absolutely cracking fish restaurant right down on the sticky out finger of land at Fouras.

Just a quick update, the night was really quiet, the area including parking for motorhomes is lit up at night until 11pm and then the lights go off.
We also expected to hear a lot of birds and ducks but to be honest, we only heard song birds briefly and weren't woken up by them.
There appear to be two vehicles here permanently, both converted trucks, but no mess no noise other than one of them quietly going off to work I assume at around 8am (he arrived back yesterday at around 6.30pm.)
There are two large Dutch motorhomes and one Spanish registered one here aswell as a couple of French and of course us.
Highly recommended and if you've got canoes, paddle boards, cycles (there's even a set of exercise equipment for 'keep fitters'!) or enjoy fishing, it would be great place to spend a couple of days/nights.
