well ive just had a set too with adrian flux ,i took out the policy in april and they waited a few weeks before wanting to know where the m home was kept which i told them then i had to send proof which they said they never had now i got a text policy in danger of being cancelled so i rung them they had asked for driving licence details and proof of no claims which is strange as i did not have any no claims both these were sent of together but surprise surprise they have not got them so i told the advisor to cancel the policy which i paid £265.00 ish for and i will get the grand total of £65.00 for 3 months use ,dick turpin at least wore a mask rant over i will not fall for that one again

I gave up using Adrian Flux because every year they put large increase on renewal price and I had to complain to get it reduced. They wouldn't price match another insurers quote so I told them I was not going to renew and immediately got a reply saying they would price match.

well ive never had so much trouble getting insurance get one thing sorted and they wanted something else what a waste of time will never use again

I took the easy way out and now everything (buildings and contents, car insurance and breakdown, campervan insurance) is through NFU Mutual. I'll be paying for the convenience but it was taking too much of my time at the weekend or on days off work getting renewals four or five times a year for different insurances and comparing cover. Any problems and I can see them face to face in the nearest office.

Always pay with a credit card. Problems like this use the reclaim.
