Adria twin supreme 640 slb

I am considering the purchase of a new twin supreme 640 slb to replace my Autosleeper kemerton xl, however a microwave is a must for us, has anyone fitted one and if so where?
I am thinking of in the wardrobe below the 90l fridge.

We had the 150 litre fridge so there was no room there for us, but our circumstance didn't need a microwave

The Adria Twin Facebook group showed someone who had fitted a microwave in place of the gas oven. Picture looked good but don’t know any more than that about it.

Haven’t got the measurements to hand but we looked at doing the same. Couldn’t find a microwave small enough to be useful abs to fit into that space. Did consider mounting one on rails lengthways into cupboard and even had socket fitted ready for us to do but even though we had one in our last van which we used we found we didn’t need it as much as we needed to storage space. I think you can have one fitted by the dealer which fits below the sink and utilises some drawer space so don’t have the full length drawer. As I said we haven’t bothered. We did buy a stand-alone e one which we though we would take with us and use as needed but even that is sat unused in our garage at home. If you need a microwave for a specific reason I would consider spending a bit (lot?) more and get it dealer fitted.

Andy MacD I think they fit that instead of an oven. Is this the same space as the cupboard under the fridge. As I say we had great plans to fit one in on a sliding rail so could pull it out for use. Instead this cupboard is our wardrobe. Compromise for us.

Yup, as I said, in place of the oven. We have the larger fridge so no cupboard / wardrobe under. Not an issue for us.

Slightly off topic, but there was a transporter with two Adria twins on it parked up about 15 miles from Harwich in Essex, in a layby in the direction of Colchester. Someone is going to be happy soon I would imagine ...

We plan on having one but the small 600w Daewoo is no longer available. All the other small 700w ones won’t fit in the wardrobe cupboard as you would want to but I do think you will get one in somewhere but not to use as a fitted one without removing the oven & we use the oven a lot. I’m going to have a play with my mates new van when he gets it very soon before I buy one. I’ll come back here & post my findings in due course

They come standard now on UK spec twins under the sink

Looks nice but never used an oven in all the years of having caravan, coachbuilt and now this one. Given the choice I would probably do as FB writer did so that I had a grill and microwave. To be honest I miss a grill rather than an oven but plenty of alternate methods. Thanks for info.
