Adria Twin - pull up windscreen blind - how to secure?

We've just got a 2006 Adria twin and can't work out how to secure the windscreen blind. It pulls up vertically from the bottom and there are 2 hooks but there nowhere obvious to hook them on to.

We can't even work out if the blind is meant to go in front or behind the rear view mirror.

If someone can advise or maybe even post a photo that would be really helpful.
