Adobe photshop 3.0 & 3.2

Both my new camera and phone install these yet i register and once start to use them get an error report sign comes up and logs out.

Are these programmes temperamental?

They are pretty stable as are most Adobe products.

Any More info?

Press Print Screen key and open Paint and paste in there.
Save as jpg and post please?

If not that is a very old copy of Photoshop circa 1993/94
