How do you adjust overhead cupboard hinges on Chausson 758, any ideas

These are the hinges

I assume yours weakened with time like mine.
I replaced mine and now lift the door higher so I don’t bash my head.
Here is a link and they are adjustable via the screw that is showing on the photo.
