I normally buy a copy of the ACSI discount scheme guides from the Camping and Caravanning Club, but their website is only showing the 2020 edition.

And I see exactly the same on the Caravan and Motorhome Club website - just the 2020 edition.

Has anybody been able to order or purchase a copy of the new editions from either of the clubs?

I see Vicarious Books received their stock on Monday of this week.

Sadly not as Vicarious books is always the dearest place to get it. I’m sure last year there was an offer that was even cheaper from somewhere like “dash4it” that’s not actually what it was but close. I was vexed as I missed the deal!

Riverbankannie found the bargain Dash4it offer January 2019 https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/forum/threads/acsi-books-and-card-on-offer.190851/#post-3187127 but not yet found anyone online offering better than Vicarious (in stock now but extra for app.) <Broken link removed> or direct one off order which includes app. <Broken link removed> but posted out after Xmas or subscription option which is cheaper but has mixed reviews for cancelling.
Maybe it's a bit early for stockists offering discounts or some have dropped selling it if 2020 version didn't sell well?

ACSI Cheeky buggers have taken payment from my DD 2021 Book. Did not use the 2020 Book this year.

I had an email about 2 weeks ago saying they were taking payment, did a post on here about it. I fired off an email saying didn't want it and not happy that no sort of concession was given for the covid problems. Had a reply next day and payment cancelled. Caught it just in time.
Had a survey come today so filled that it with my relevent comments.
Won't bother for 2021 unless I pick up a physical copy somewhere while abroad.

Same here,Vicarious are reliable.Had it direct from ACSI one year,,I it arrived mid January and we left for Spain at New Year..BUSBY.

If things ease up we’re on our way. One of our sons, and his family, live in The Netherlands......desperate to get out there.

Easy, pleasurable travel doesn’t appear to be coming anytime soon. Got my fingers crossed, but not particularly optimistic.

We managed to use our 2020 card a few times in Spain at the beginning of the year, but hoping to get much more use of the new one in 2021!

Didnt get any use from the 2020 one though did get a month in France, unfortunately in July so discounts probably not available but didnt stay on any ACSI sites anyway. I will get 2021 from ACSI standing order, its only a few quid and may get to use it.

I think I will get my youngest to buy it for me from Vicarious books for Christmas. He is a poor student so it seems the simplest answer. I used to get it direct on the recurring standing order as it was so much cheaper but something went wrong one year. Arrived damaged I think and we cancelled ( what a palaver that was) as trying to get a replacement was a nightmare.

We didn’t use it this year but it’s fun to dream and Villasol took it last year. We tend to stay not quite long enough for their longstay rates so was good value as included most of our electric. There are even a couple of sites in the UK we like, or there were. I know they’ve cut a few hundred from the book.

If the CV travel restrictions are lifted, and the prevalence of infections drop, then we will be on our way, but we will wait until then before ordering. We have found it to be good value year on year, except for 2020 of course.

Still on my 2017 copy, only use out of season in France on a few campsites that don’t seem to know the date!! Same with France passion guess we are buying too much wine!!
