Mmmm!!! still nothing pointing to which i have living under the false floor of the RV then.
reason i ask is i have today removed the inspection cover under the shower tray and found a small pile of broken snail shells.
this void is accessed from the under sink cupboard which, in turn, is accessed from the underfloor void. where the waste pipes exit.
never seen rats around our house but we do have squirrels.
turds are the same size as rat shit but appear to be a different texture.
Nastyyyyy. Need a vomiting smiley for that oneyou could always taste the turd to establish if it was a nut eateroh:
oh:
Thanks to google
lots of animals eat snails.
song thrushes, mistle thrushes, redwings, ground beetles, hedgehogs, common shrew, parasitic nematode, marsh flies, slow worms, centipede, common newt, Bacillus Thurungiensis, rooks, jackdaws, jays, magpies, starlings, blackbirds, fieldfare, gulls, owls, robins, toads, moles, common lizard, foxes, mice, [HI]rats[/HI], testacellid carnivorous slugs and glow worms.
Regarding the snails. I once had one in an RV and although I never actually saw the thing there was always a trail on the shag pile carpet.

Looking more like a rat then.
shame it isnt a squirrel as i believe they are territorial and there would only be one.
they/it have taken quite a lot of bait and avoided the traps (almost) so the next step is glue mats and a .22 pellet to the head.
