A & E Awning 10,000 model ?

Hi Everyone
I have on the side of my southwind an A & E Awning but it is a model i have never come across before 10,000 Elite despite searching i cant find any information on it at all. One of the brackets which was attached to the side of the RV that you attach the awning leg to is missing, it is very different from other models.

Any help appreciated
